Andrew Brumme For nearly a decade, Andrew Brumme has worked as an independent web strategist and communications consultant, coaching clients on the effective use of online and offline communications and streamlined business processes. He has experience working remotely as a consultant from the US, France and China for clients based worldwide.

Current and past clients include the World Health Organization, the Federation of International Civil Servant’s Association (part of the United Nations), Motive Entertainment, The Lausanne Movement, Shadowline Films and various other corporate and non-profit organizations.

Striving for clarity in communication throughout his work, Andrew leads clients through every stage of a website development project, from conception to launch. He also helps clients maximize their online potential by developing and implementing tailored social media strategies. In addition, Andrew works with the concept, production and marketing of films.

When Andrew is not working, he loves fine foods and documentary films.

Esther Brumme Born in Switzerland to a British mother and an American father, intercultural communications is Esther Brumme’s life story. Esther grew up in a north-African neighborhood outside of Paris. Following her baccaláureat she went on to pursuing a BSc Hons degree in German and European Studies from the University of Surrey (UK). She later graduated valedictorian of the Trilingual International Business Master’s program of the Université de Haute Alsace (France) specializing in project management, negotiation & marketing and intercultural management.

Best known for thinking strategically and ‘outside the box’ with a fresh multi-cultural perspective, Esther has worked in marketing communications & branding in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Geneva and Shanghai. Current and past clients include Procter & Gamble, UEFA, Philip Morris, EBU, Alcoa and the World Food Programme. Her work is currently expanding to include personal branding clients.

Trilingual in French, English and German and conversational in Mandarin and Italian, Esther is passionate about language, culture and semiotics. In her spare time, you might find her running, writing with a glass of wine or spending time with refugees.
